The first step is stopping the leak. The second is to remove/replace the Sheetrock. A mold specialist will cost you and arm and a leg and likely recommend unnecessary repairs.

Have you checked the seals around all your windows?

Hi BP Fam!

I'm looking into getting started with flipping in the Eugene/Springfield market. I'm familiar with the area because I have family there and have been going there my entire life, but I currently live in Seattle. Any advice, insight, or connections to critical team members would be much appreciated!

Thank you so much!

Hi Michael, thank you for your response. I have a couple of contacts that are great for south king county, but I'm just hoping to connect with someone who is closer to Seattle. There are a couple of projects coming up-- a flip, a BRR (for my fiance and I to hold), a small reno next year, and then potentially a multifamily next year. So, I guess a little of everything!

Hello, I'm looking to build out a team in the Seattle area. Most of my current contractors live/work in Kitsap County and don't like driving into the city. Does anyone have any recommendations for contractors that work with investors in the Seattle area? Thank you everyone!!
