Can anyone recommend an inspector for brand new primary residence that is just built by well known construction company. Its brand new home however due to other please that have closed already telling us their horror stories of builder mess-ups. I have been advised to have it inspected by an outside inspector. Need someone quick we are closing this Thursday. Thank you in advance

Hello everyone. I am asking for expert advise on a property that i am considering. Seller bought tax certification because homeowner was behind on taxes. He is selling at a very discounted price. According to him, all the pending or existing leins will disappear on the home once he foreclose on the homeowner where then i can buy from him. He said even the bank will not come after getting their money. What is the best way to structure the deal? I have no prior experience in this. Wondering if anyone out there sold or purchased home in such cases. Appreciate your feedback.

Hello everyone I am in process of making an offer on a condo in modesto. Condo sets on good location and rent ready. Wondering if anyone have any experience in that area in terms of rent rate. I think i can get the condo around $95,000 and According to my research, 3/2 Re renting around $1300. I have to factor in HOA dues too along with other expenses. Am i close or off? Also any problems with finding quality tanents? Thank you for your input in advance
