Please join us for our May networking event at Escape Craft Brewery in Redlands.

This event is not sponsored by anyone, and there will be no pitches, fees or presentations. Simply come to meet and network with other real estate investors and professionals from the Inland Empire. Everyone is welcome.

We typically meet in the back "protest patio" area, so grab a cold beverage and some food, and join the discussion.

See you all there!

Hey everyone, we will be starting a bit later tonight - probably closer to 6:00 pm. We will attempt to grab a table on the back patio near the food truck/snack bar. Looking forward to seeing everyone that can make it!

Thanks @Greg Scott. Great perspective on the unique property, which is why I was seeking the construction-to-perm financing to "make things right" with regard to the permitting and conformity of the property.

Would you mind sharing which bank you worked with on the "LLC friendly" financing?

Post: Is anyone investing in Racine, Wi?

Aloha @Kyle Keller!

I have been investing in Racine for three years now and will agree with just about everything said on this thread regarding the condition of the properties, however, it is still a decent cash flow market IF you are willing/able to take on the rehab. Kenosha has a slightly higher barrier to entry than Racine from an acquisition perspective, but the properties typically require less rehab. Rents are comparable in both markets, but I would wager Kenosha will see greater appreciation over the long-term based on the gentrification from IL and surrounding areas.
