Investors, I think I found the perfect property for either multi-generational living, house-hacking, or serious STR.
The property is 1 acre, with 2 brand new manufactured homes. One is a 3/2 and the other is a 2/1. 

I am an agent and representing the seller but I promised them I'd help them find the perfect buy who I believe will be an investor. If this sounds interesting to anyone I just want to share the word. I'll attach the listing on a neutral site (homes.com).
