The house i intend to buy is in tennessee and the realtor is in texas. And it is a primary home for myself where i already live.

I am looking into buying a house for myself personally. And i have fount one. But the realtor has said that they change the way they do things and that i would need to get a dba. That its easier on them to sell it like its to another business. I didnt know if anyone has heard of this. Or if it may be bc the realtor is in another state.
