How do I find a bank or someone to lend me 30 $40,000 to get started on real estate investing?

Thank you for your advice. I was calling like crazy all over the place yesterday and hard money is probably the only way to find something. Partners are great but unfortunately I don’t have any partners.

Do you have any suggestions or recommendations?

@Jonathan Taylor thank you very much I will look into them. My goal on real estate investing is to be financially independent and not have to worry very much. I know it’s kinda of a cliche but that’s my goal. I’m trying to supplement my income and if I can find a partner who has knowledge and is willing to help me out then even better. I have a background in graphic design and making signs and banners but it’s not going to really help me with a fix and flip. I’m working a full time job and I’m still learning and I will keep asking questions. Thank you for your comment.

@Marlen Weber thank you for replying back to me. I’m new to learning about real estate investing I haven’t thought about outside California area because I don’t have all the resources to help me with real estate investment.
