Thanks for all of your input, I didn't really think I had many options other than the ones stated. We're renegotiating and should still be closing at the same time. Thank you again everyone!

SO... Realtor comped my house as a single level at 1700 sq ft, but its a split level that is a finished basement. Which the appraiser is saying should've been comped way different. So the realtor came up with $215,000 but we decided to list it at $193,000 thinking we should be good. So i take an offer of $193,000 and I pay closing costs, plus some repairs totaling around $2500. Do the repairs and get the appraisal done, they point out its been comped wrong and that it barely appraises at $170,000, 2 wks before closing... Real estate agent says oops, and thats it. Now were going to have to renegotiate and with the terms we have I'll be in the negative and end up owing money out of pocket. What can I do??? Anything? What are my options? Anyone with any insight would be much appreciated!

I've found an older house in the area of Salem Oregon, built in 1937. The owners converted it into a triplex all units are 1/1. Problem is that its zoned single family so if anything happens to it, you can't rebuild it. Just wondering what you guys thoughts are buying it or stay away? Would cashflow pretty good at about $700 a month. Any input is greatly appreciated!

Hey there, so I haven't ever done any wholesaling before but I have been learning a lot about it. I have a possible deal on a REO that is next to my primary residence and I have been trying to get in touch with the bank. I'm just wondering if there is anyone out there that might let me bounce some questions off them and get some input on what steps I should take. Any help is much appreciated!

Thanks for the response's guys! @Duncan MacDonald and @Tony Grieg, Would love to be able to make it this weekend but I'm going to be out of town. Raincheck for sure, and I think that getting a group together for some beer an apps one of these nights is a great idea.  I found another member here that is hosting a meetup this month or next, I'll let you guys know when if you want to join and don't already know of it. Otherwise we will have to plan something next week or weekend I should be free also.

@Kevin J Holtzman Hello there, I'm new to real estate investing and been looking for a meet up or group here in Central Oregon. Are the meetup's still happening? Look forward to hearing back from you.
