Hi Chris - I'm in the same stage and area as you. If you are wanting to find properties on your own, I've found that Shorewest Realtors website (shorewest.com) is pretty helpful. You can search the MLS for multifamily properties. I've been using it and have found plenty of properties that I haven't seen on Zillow, Trulia, etc. Good luck!

Hi - I’m new to the Madison Area and would like to attend. Can you tell me where and at what time you meet? Thanks! Brandon Williams

Hi Jeff - I run a dummy ad for a rental on Craigslist in some of the smaller towns in Dane, Columbia and Green counties, just to see what sort of response I get prior to offering on a property.  Point is to gauge how much interest there is by the number of calls or emails you get.

Who would you recommend for property management services (single family and duplex) in the Greater Milwaukee area? Thanks in advance!

There is zero info about tuition on their site and their press releases only go so far as to say it costs less than a masters degree.

From what I can gather, you're buying access to and knowledge from Richard Michael Abraham. Apparently he teaches and mentors each student individually during the 6 month course.

Thanks Bryan!  I appreciate the advice. I saw that previous thread. Seemed strange that it was shut down with that much activity and being only a couple months old.

I'm pretty skeptical at this point but perhaps someone will change my perception.

Has anyone taken part in the REDI Foundation's Real Estate Development Course?  I'm interested in learning more about would love to hear from anyone who was actually enrolled in the course and has an opinion on it's value.  Everything I find online seems to be a press release from the foundation itself so not exactly objective.

Thanks!
