Kelvin - I'm a newbie to real stating investing, but i'm eager to get started. I've done my homework and narrowed down what i'm looking for and can afford. I'm trying to purchase a small multi family and owner occupy. So far, things have been tough with the bidding wars and losing out to all cash. I was curious about the multi - family agencies you mentioned and pocket listing. Would you be willing to chat via PM and share a little more info?
