So my wife and I are planning on house hacking a multifamily unit. Right now we live in a basic single family 3/2 house.

I would like to do a rent to own option on my current house. Any one have any experience with this in Colorado?

To the people of BP. My names Brandon. I'm located in Strasburg Co, I work in Aurora. My dream is to own NNN commercial properties. My plan is to start in multi family 2-4 units maybe more.

If you have any experience in any of these I would love to chat with you and hear your experiences!

The prices I'm seeing for multifamily units in Colorado are way too high. Or am I just looking in all the wrong spots? I have a Realtor that has me on the mls. Along with my self searching loopnet every hour of the day. Where else could I look for something that at least brings in decent cash flow after putting %20 down?

I'm currently in Colorado and I think I have found a decent deal in NY. If any one who is really familiar with the area could send me a message. I want to run the numbers by some one to see if I'm looking at this correctly.

Hey BP!

My names Brandon I'm in Strasburg Colorado. I'm really interested in just owning commercial buildings. How ever I see that it can be a bit expensive to get into. So I was thinking that small multi family complexes may be a good place to start.(duplex, triplex) Am I crazy? Should I just shoot for what I want rather than start in a different section of real-estate?

Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks BP
