Quote from @Sadler Surratt:

Hi there! @Brandon Tyler

That’s an exciting step—getting your real estate license will open up so many opportunities to learn and grow! Connecting with investors is a great move too; it’s one of the best ways to gain real-world knowledge and build a strong foundation for your journey.

What kind of investing are you most interested in?  Turnkey, buy-and-holds, flips, or something else? I’d love to hear more about your goals and how you’re planning to use your license to grow.

Wishing you all the best on this journey—feel free to reach out if you ever want to connect or chat strategy!

I don’t have any goals set at the moment, I’m currently brand new and gathering information.

I'm interested in flips and the BRRRR strategy. I only know a few local realtors/ property managers I'm going to meet with them this week to ask more questions.
