Reviving an old thread as I have a similar issue. I've got to replace about 40' of sewer line out to the street at my rental in Orland Park. The sections of pipe are separated, so I'm thinking it's an open trench job. Does anyone have any recommendations for contractors/plumbers to do the work? Also, any suggestions for ways to save money on the repair?

Hi all,

I’m a regular listener to both the OG podcast and the Rookie podcast, plus I’ve read a few of BP’s books. I went to BPCon last year, but registered too late to be able to attend any of the workshops. I’m wondering if it would be worth the additional hotel night and the $300 up charge to do Pace’s or a different workshop on Sunday morning. Hoping to hear from people who attended last year what your experience was. Is it worth doing? What did you get out of it? More deals? New strategies? Better network?
