Just for clarity I am not a property manager as my day job or do I own or operate a property management company. I figured out why my profile said I was a property manager from Alcoa, TN. However, I do help two friends manage there SFH. They both became landlords by default and I took the opportunity to help them and get my feet wet with dealing with tenants. I have been do that for 4 years now.
