Just started looking for a PM company in Canton Baltimore MD area. I ran into Home365 online and wanted to see if anyone has used them before and provide me with your feedback.

Would also take any suggestions on other PM company’s.

I am a new to the game of real estate investing and I'm streamlining my newly purchased investment home. I'm struggling to make a decision (also maybe struggling from analysis paralysis) because the new lender will require a credit check and I would rather save my credit for my next purchase in March of 2022. what should I do. Please see a quick breakdown below.

Current lender offer
Monthly: 2,282
Interest: 2.875
Savings: $275 per month
Positive: relatively quick process and no credit check

New lender offer
Monthly: 2,185
Interest: 2.56
Savings: $372 per month
Negative: credit check for preferred 640; they SAY they would assist in repairing credit afterwards

Hi all,

I've heard a rumor that in the current market we are in there are lenders offering loans at 3 - 5% down with no PMI associated with the loan. Have you heard anything about this?

Hi there!
Calling all who are investing in the untapped Baltimore City area! Looking to melt minds and discussing investing ideas regarding single-family and student rental properties. I am a new investor who's just made my first purchase near the Johns Hopkins campus (medical and Bayview) and aim to gather more information from the more seasoned investor in this area. I am currently focusing on student rentals simply for the fact that I just recently graduated and I know what the struggle is like searching for affordable + quality living spaces. What are some ways I can gravitate exceptional tenets as well as provide a smooth, efficient, and easy application process? Also, I am researching the market in my own (creative way), what is the traditional way to correctly price your home/rooms?

Any help would be much much appreciated!
