Haha...Can I call your office so we can discuss? What time works best for you.

Chris, your company and website are truly impressive. I would consider investing with you, but I'm not ready to commit my "emergency" funds for four years.

I am actually 4K to 5K short a month for retirement. I'm structured and want to pursue something in real estate or money management. I recently cashed out my 401k, which had 58K in it at the time of its withdrawal in 2016, now has a net worth of $4 million. This was accomplished through self-storage facilities and mobile home parks. Despite being so close, I feel as though I'm always so far away. Do you have any other suggestions?

I have been buying notes for several years now and happy to connect.

Thanks for reaching out Chris. It is actually harder to find one of these notes than they make it sound on YouTube. Lol. My trusted banks are basically laughing at me. I'm a little concerned about buying out of state as well. I live in Iowa and I'm seeing nothing on the web for my state.

The problem I'm having is my low cash balance for the moment. I've put 90% of my money in other investments. I have about 65k as of today. I don't feel as if $500 a month in interest is worth my time on one of these notes. Im in a Vangaurd Money Market thats paying me $286 in interest risk free. Thoughts? Due to a life changing situation I need to pull in around 3k more a month in passive income. So im scrambling to find more cash flow anywhere I can.

Thanks for your time.

I'm looking to connect with people in the note buying business. I'm not new to real estate, but I am new to note buying. I'd like to start buying.
