I'm looking to get into flipping in Yukon, OKC area. I was hoping to partner with a local agent and/or lender. If anyone is interested or know anyone who might be, a connection would be appreciated! Thanks!

Oh yeah? That's what I'm hoping to do. I live there, it's a great area to be in right now. It's booming.

What's your experience @Matt Miller?

Newbie investor out of Oklahoma City, looking to wholesale and/or rehab properties and then transition into buy-and-hold properties! Glad to be a part of BP.

Those prices, at a tax lien sale, are definitely possible. Some states have them. If I remember right, my state (Oklahoma) doesn't have them but something similar. As an investor, they enable you to collect unpaid taxes PLUS the applicable interest rate which varies depending on your location. All of this information, at least in my state, can be found on the county website. So one PRO is a potentially very high ROI.

You buy said property for pennies on the dollar, property owner either pays back taxes PLUS interest directly to you within a given period OR if that period expires, you own a property for close to nothing.
