I have purchased a few books and they refer back to bonus material on the website purchasers get access too. However I cant seem to get the links provided in the books to work. Can someone point me in the right direction to gain access to the bonus material? I can provide proof of purchase to the books.

Can anyone explain the pro's and con's of refinancing vs HELOC on a rental property you own free and clear?

The goal is to continue to purchase more properties, utilizing capital as efficiently as possible.

Thanks for the tip, I will google them and check it out. I have started to look into Openlettermarketing.com as well. However, I am unsure as to how many mailers to send, how large the area and how to generate an accurate lead list.

My brother and I used it to find property owners in bad situations and we ended up buying two homes from our $2500 investment. My father also uses it for his home improvement company for years. Great mass mailer product!

Hello all, I have been listening to the podcasts and I am in the process of scaling up my BRRRR process. Is there any advice on where/how to buy a lead gen list as well as direct mail advice? Any books I can purchase, Bigger Pockets educational tools?
