What is the best hack to get leads on real estate wholesaling? I am struggling to get leads. I am hesitant on bandit signs because I have heard negative results. What are your thoughts?

@Wesley C Smith I met with a investor today and he said he made 20k off bandit signs. Signs are on every corner in kc. So I was hopeful there was a better way.

What do you think is the best way to get distressed seller leads. I am thinking about purchasing bandit signs, but don’t want to if there is a better way. What is your opinions?
