@Vanessa Castillo Hi, My name is Brandon and I'm fairly new to the BP family. Like you, when you originally wrote this post, I'm looking for CA Wholesaling related contracts to review.

I've started by searching the File Place here on the BP site but I'd really like to have more examples to go over. Would you be willing to share the info that Jose and Shawn sent you a few months ago?

Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks,

Brandon Pettis

Hey @Robin Boyer I have to say that timing is every thing. If I'm available any thing is possible :)

 Hello @Lisa Tolan,

Connecting at a meetup would be great. Looking forward to learning and growing together with the BP family.

@Robin Boyer thanks for the warm welcome and encouragement. I wish we were a little closer together so we could have a cup of coffee :) sooner rather than later. I've seen a couple of meet-ups closer to me in the LA area. It's just a matter of time and timing before I get to one of them.

Thanks @Tom Ott. How's the market in the Cleveland area? Is there a good job market there? Are people moving there? What the median single family home value there? What sort properties do you deal with the most?

I've got roots in the mid-west as well; Michigan. I'm new but I'm considering engaging family and friends to see what's possible in the areas they live in.

Anyway, thanks again for the warm welcome.

Thanks for the warm welcome @Dave Visaya. I look forward to getting to know the BP family.

On a side note I was an audio engineer/music business person in a past life too :)

@Veni F. Thanks for the info. I'm actually in the process of re-reading the Beginner's Guide and I've got my alerts set up. I've got to check out the BP meet link. I think my biggest problems is paralysis of analysis, so today is the day that I just jump in.

I'm a newbie residing in Southern California who wants to learn about real estate investing. I've been checking out BiggerPockets for a while now and have finally decided to introduce myself. I have very little cash to start with so I'm looking for ways to enter into this arena without much money. I'm looking to build relationships with other real estate professionals that will be mutually beneficial. I'm willing do whatever it takes to learn this business.

Looking forward to connecting with some of you in the Long Beach, CA area.
