Hello, I am wondering what are the best banks/credit unions that work with real estate investors in the Fargo, ND area? Looking to house hack a 2-4 unit property.

Hello, I just joined the BiggerPockets community! I am from North Dakota. I recently read the book on rental property investing and now I am interested in learning more on the subject. Since I am a ways away from purchasing anything, is there any tips on what I should be doing between now and than to expand my knowledge on the subject? So when the day comes I am ready. Besides reading books and using Google. Thanks!!
