Hey thanks for clicking on this post, now to the jist of things!

I’m going to school as a freshman in college and have a degree plan for business. I don’t have a lot going on for me right now but that’s where the importance of knowledge and experience come into play.

This is an outlet full of experts on the subject of real estate and other accompanying fields right here who are perfect to get some advice from. What I would love to know from you inspiring individuals is your suggestion on the best way to increase my skill and more importantly knowledge on the reality of real estate. I have heard good things about property management and how it can benefit prospective investors. I love working with my hands and socializing is one of my strong suits.

I’m a freshman in college going for a degree in business and in the meantime want to study up what I can about real estate. My intentions are to eventually get into flipping for quicker profit and then reinvesting into student and other residential rentals. I think a lot about branching out further than that, but that’s way out. The fact is that a very few portion of people make it in this business and everyone comes in gung-ho thinking they are the next to make it big. All I want is to grow my ability and knowledge. I want the best methods in which to do that so I’ll have better footing when I make that leap.

Thanks for those paying attention to this post with high regards,

Brandon Duckworth
