Quote from @Christopher Freeman:
@Bradley Tetu, do you happen to know what their max LTV is? We owe 160 and it appraised for 186, so we're currently sitting at 86 percent. I have a decent amount of equity in the primary that I'm currently transitioning out of to house hack this duplex, about 170k owed on a property that's worth 225-235k, so 72-75 there. I'm not sure if we'd qualify for a HELOC on that, though, since it is insured as and partially used as an investment property.

 Hello Chris @Christopher Freeman

Nice to meet you. I just was looking through some of your questions from a few years ago. And I am wondering what did you ended up going with? I'm up against a similar situation of house hacking my first property, a 3 unit multi family and looking to do some renovations to the 2nd unit. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks.

Hello,

I’m in the process purchasing my first 12 unit apartment. I’m going to have raise money for the down payment. I’m wondering what terms are typically offered to investors while they “wait” to be paid out? How do I keep my investors happy while also investing out of state? What are good terms to offer good investors ? I plan to refinance eventually but this is my first multi family deal. Any suggestions from you guys would be much appreciated.

Best,
Brandon

Hello All,

Currently, I am looking for reliable general contractors in the Baltimore, Md area. If any investors would like to refer their GC, or a GC could present me some of their work I would much appreciate it. Have a great day.

Best,

Brandon

Hello All,

Nice to meet everyone. My name is Brad, I am a 25 year old from Maryland. Currently, I'm a newbie with zero properties, with 100 to go (speaking into existence.) But I listen to the bigger pocket podcast and try to soak up a bunch of game. I would say I'm in learning phase. Is their anyone on here that is a seasoned multi-family investor but not too far along where you don't remember the basics? I'm looking for a mentor who could teach me how to crunch numbers and other necessities. I'm willing to help you and be an asset to your operation in any way possible.

Hi everyone my name is Brandon Neverdon. I’m 27 years old and a OTR ( over the road ) truck driver and new investor from Baltimore, Md. I just purchased my first 3-unit rental property December 2020, which I am house hacking in. I am interested in furthering my knowledge in multi family real estate and house hacking looking to learn more and network with other like-minded investors.
