What's good BiggerPockets fam? I have been experimenting with FB ads with some degree of success. Targeting, impressions, reach have been successful with Cost Per Results. I'm interested in tightening up my sales copywriting. As investors. Selling your property to a buyer what would an ideal ad say to you? What problems do you face selling a property? What do you need from a buyer? What is your fundamental desire when selling? What are your goals (if any) when selling?

Thank you, and I appreciate any help you can give.

What's up Bigger Pockets fam!

I'm Brandon and have just started my journey into real estate investing. I was/am a professional chef here in Los Angeles California, my profession was hit hard by COVID-19 and I have decided to take hold of my, and my family's, financial future, and I believe real estate is the tool. Luckily the past year or so I've been devoting my time to educating myself in real estate with college classes, seminars, podcast meetups...

I loved my profession, I was good at what I did. I paid for my daughter's college, put a roof over our heads, and put food in our stomach. I knew what I had to do each night at work: I'm a man of checklist routines, patterns, and structure. I'm feeling overwhelmed with what to do each morning as a "wholesaler".

Could someone give me a list of things you do every day to keep your business in order?  What does a typical wholesales day look like? I'm sorry for the rant. I've read multiple BP forum questions and wanted to say I appreciate everyone's help here if they know they have helped me or not.

@Kuba F. can't wait to check it out.

@Account Closed Hey man, I'm also in Los Angeles, CA. My wife and I are both Wholesalers. Let's connect and get deals made.

Yes, it is. You want to buy when people are panicking. Remember, the stock market is based on emotions. Fear, anger, and depression play a huge part in the pricing of the market. Why do you think historically the stock market suffers a downfall on Mondays? It's the "Monday Blues" most people feel when going back to work.

Congratulations! I'm looking to buy my first fourplex in a couple of months, any chance you can share the name of the mortgage company you used?
