Quote from @Jake Andronico:

Welcome to BP! My family and I have been investing in Reno for quite a few years. I now work for a brokerage specializing in single family and multifamily investments.

Happy to connect and share resources. We analyze the entire single family and multifamily market simultaneously and rank them by cap rate.

You can also use the Reno Rent Map to see helpful rental comps in the area:

Thank you, Jake. Will reach back out to you when I am ready to move forward....

Hello Everyone - I am wondering what everyone knows or thinks about rental market in Reno Nevada - near Truckee River and downtown Reno.  Thank you in advance!

Hello, I am wondering what everyone thinks about owning a (long-term) rental home in the Salmon Creek are in Vancouver, WA 98686.

I am not living in the Salmon Creek area but thinking about retiring there 10 or so years from now.  I am also thinking of buying 4 bedroom home now or in the near future and renting it out until I move there. Any thoughts or suggestions are GREATLY appreciated.
