I am in the stages of pulling documents from the tax website so I can cold call. I was wondering if there were any specific pages that have the info needed or if I need to get all of the pages for each homeowner/landlord.

Hello fellow BPers, my name is Brandon from the East Bay of the Bay Area and I was wondering if there was any way to find other local real estate investment meet ups? There are no REIA meet ups anywhere near me, I am new to this also so I'm not quite sure where to look.
