Hey Greg!  Happy to share more info. It’s an 8 unit 15 Bedroom in a very nice area.  It has tenets now and the gross operating income is $98,000 per year at the moment but the rent can be increased quite a bit.  It’s rare to find a multifamily in that particular area for sale.  Call me at (513) 304-1076 when you have time.  It’s worth taking a look.
