@Edwin G Cruz Jr Totally! At first it seems like so much, but as you really define and establish your goals, you'll figure out what content works best for you. The information becomes a lot more focused in time. I'm pursuing a long-term buy and hold strategy, specifically looking to house-hack a 2-3 unit property for my first investment. 

Welcome to BiggerPockets @Edwin G Cruz Jr ! You should be beyond excited to start your real estate journey here. There are a variety of resources on the platform to develop your knowledge base, and the community is filled with professionals to build purposeful relationships with! Since there is so much content at your disposal, it can be a bit overwhelming at first, so here are six key actionable items that you should take utilizing BP. I’ve found these have helped me get on the right path towards my goals, starting only four months ago.

1. Start with a foundational BiggerPockets book (keep reading more), listen to the Real Estate Podcast, and read Blog posts. (Set weekly knowledge goals)

2. Identify your desired market, property criteria and overall goals in real estate.

3. Set up keyword alerts in the forums to find content and professionals that align with what you are looking for. (Alert ---> Keyword Alerts)

4. Direct message and connect with investors, agents, and other prospective teammates found in the forums (Doing #3 - By setting up keyword alerts in your desired market)

5. Find local meetups to continue building relationships (Network --> Events)

6. Use the BP Calculators to start analyzing deals (Get set up with MLSs from a local buyers RE agent, who is also an investor)
