Hey Brandon, start with doing the cheap things first. Drive (or walk) for dollars. Check craigslist etc.. learn the property values in your area and start today putting whatever you can in savings. Go to local reia meetings and talk to others. Analyze deals from every for sale house you see. Learn your numbers. As you do this and your savings begins to grow you will come across the right people who can help your journey. You may have to wholesale a few deals at first to start to get some capital but you are learning at the same time. Remember this is a marathon not a sprint. Patience, faith and perseverance.
