Thank you! @Dustin Allen FYI for anyone else seeking the same info, I reached out to a couple of lenders today and learned that I do qualify. You just can't have multiple FHA loans open at the same.

Hello BP Community!

I hope all is well throughout these hectic times. I recently sold my home in August 2021 in which I used an FHA loan to acquire in 2020. I am in the process of starting an AirBnB business and would like to know if I would be able to use a second FHA loan to purchase a property? I have tried to do some research but was not able to come to a solid conclusion about whether or not I have to wait a year or two to qualify again or if I can qualify now.

Any solutions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

Stay Safe,

Brandon

Hello BP Community,

My name is Brandon and I am looking to pursue a house-hacking strategy to invest in my first property within the next 3-6 months. Given the bizarre circumstances of COVID-19, I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for Lenders and/or Real Estate Agents that they would recommend who have experience with house-hacking in Philadelphia.

Thank you all in advance!
