@Eric Dowling Thanks for the welcome! I was looking for SFR in the OC area but am quickly realizing that most SFRs are way out of my budget or I would have to consider manufactured homes. I may try looking further east, such as Riverside. What kind of properties do you have in Palm Springs?

Hi everyone, I'm from Los Angeles, CA and have just started on my real estate investing journey. I have zero real estate experience but am hoping to get to a point where I can get supplemental income to my day job as an engineer. I've been listening to the podcasts and reading up as much as I can about real estate. Hoping to connect with other local investors willing to share their experiences. I'm excited to be a member and hope to contribute to this site as much as I can.
