@Curt Davis I’ve just noticed how cheap Shelby county is at the moment. I am from the former foreclosure capital of USA, stockton,CA. I was wondering, why is Shelby county so cheap? Did they lose some kind of industry or is their crime? Do you happen to know why everything is so cheap?

@Jaden Adams

I wish I would have done the same thing. It’s ultimately up to you, go with your gut man, school will always be there.

I have $45,000 in loans and it’s taking away from my real estate aspirations ,but if I would have jumped in it out of high school I feel like I would have 10 properties today.

I have a business finance degree but I got a municipal utilities job for the city and I’m not even using my degree so it doesn’t always work out like it’s supposed to.

@Nathan G.

I’m going through the same exact thing. I think the guy is on drugs and the next door units have talked to me and think he is being abusive to his wife. I just had the sheriffs serve him the “3 day pay or leave” paper so I’ll find out on Monday what kind of damage he has done.
