Hello everyone!

My wife and I have had several conversations and are wanting to start the real estate journey together. I would love to hear some stories of other couples on how they got started so that she can read through them. She is obviously a little hesitant as everyone is so any encouragement would be awesome!

I have only one deal under my belt and would love to know how people structured their businesses or if they just used 2nd home mortgages to start out for the better DP and rates. Thanks all and I am looking forward to the answers.

Also, if there is anyone in the Dallas area that has recommendations of some good CPAs in this space I would love to connect!

Regards,

Brandon

Good morning,

I am located in the DFW area and am looking to see if anyone has used a lease finder to help find arbitrage opportunities. My thought on this would be to have more of an insight to the apartment complexes that allow for STR/Corporate leases/rentals easier. I have tried to reach out to multiple apartment complexes myself and have had no luck.

Looking forward to any help on this.

Regards

Post: Buying before EIN complete?

Hello everyone!

My partner and I are really itching to get things going with our real estate journey. We are waiting on our EIN to arrive as we have every thing else in place. Is there buying process that we can do or start outside of having a Tax ID and then put under the business once it arrives?

On IG yesterday and came across a guy who's caption said "2.4 million in 9 months using AirBnb"...intrigued and I listened.

His premise is that he finds properties for rent and goes to the owner and utilizes corporate rental strategy to list the prop on the site. Basically an agreement by the homeowner to let him sign the rental agreement and then he uses the property as a short term rental to pay the rent and make cash on net earnings. The idea is crazy intriguing and I have ran numbers that could show definite promise and the ability to scale super quickly.

As I have not dove into the Airbnb space yet, I would love to get feedback on this. Is he in just a new space that could be the next wave or is it way too good to be true?

Post: New Investor in Atlanta Market

Good morning,

I am seeking out good insights on the Atlanta market for a new Investor and my company Dynasty Home Group. Areas of growth, places we should be looking into, multi-family vs. single family, the topic of lease to own vs. traditional renting as an investor, etc? Cobb, Paulding, Bartow and counties around that area have been where we have been looking. Would love to find any connections with good insights on the areas.

Best regards.

Will,

I appreciate the reply sir. Atlanta is a market that is valued by us because my partner actually lives in the area that we are looking at and we can see the area for which he is at growing substantially. People have been migrating out of the city and into these areas of development which has been good for us.

As we are still getting our feet wet in the game, we have not solidified a specific area as of yet. I currently reside in Texas and will be doing this all out of market. I noticed that you have some great things going on in your area as well. I can personally message you if the opportunities are still flowing well there.

Hello everyone!

My name is Brandon and I am new into the real estate investment avenue to build financial and personal growth/wealth. My partner and I of our newly formed investment company are looking into opportunities/deals in the Atlanta area currently. We have been looking in the NW area of Cobb, Paulding, Bartow County, ETC and are open to other areas around there. Would love to start connecting with others to gain insight and find great partnerships!

Happy Hunting Everyone!
