@Clayton Silva commercial loan on a 10 unit complex

Hello y'all. Anybody have experience with owner financed sales with an existing mortgage? Without triggering due-on-sale clause? I am on the selling end and have a mortgage but want to do owner financing.

i have a question. My friend is Trying to sell his properties. I told him I would consider buying them if he owner financed them to me. He still have mortgages on them. Is it possible to get them financed when he have financing?

Anybody know any banks or anybody that will do a heloc or line of credit on an investment property (I own it free and clear) in Montgomery Alabama?
