Hello. Does anyone have any recent itemized quotes they would be willing to PM me? You can delete the contractors name. I'm not trying to steal them. I'm just trying to get a better idea of prices to run my numbers. I'm looking for everything from just cosmetic updates to a full-gut reno. Please specify whether it was for a flip or for a rental, the specs of the house, the neighborhood, and anything else you think is pertinent. If the project is complete, please include final costs compared to the quote. Thanks for the help.
Also, if you're currently gathering quotes for an actual project but aren't really sure if the materials make sense, I would be happy to try to make sense of it with you. I am a military officer now, but I did construction in my previous life so I'm pretty familiar with framing, roofing, siding, windows, doors, drywall, etc. I realize there are some nuances of city homes that I will not be familiar with, but the basics of construction are still there.
