I purchased a foreclosure from HUD as my first home. I only let the required general contractor fix the items required by the inspection or that needs licenses/equiptment I don't have. Everything else know how to do or will learn how to do. We will resell in the future. Are you looking to invest in the Cinci area?

Welcome.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com

Paul, Thanks for the advice. It is good to see that law enforcement and real estate are compatible since I am currently in the hiring process of the CPD. Any tips on the best way to find/locate local REIA meetings? Thanks again.

Thanks for the advice and encouragement. "The measure of a man is not where he is right now, but where he is headed."

I recently purchased a foreclosed home and have begun renovating. This was a big step but the first of many I plan to take in the near future. I am interested in owning and managing apartment complexes but until then I am looking to manage apartments for others. If you are looking for a trustworthy, organized, detail-oriented partner, I am just a message away.

I was first introduced to property management when my boss promoted me from Executive Toilet Cleaner to Assistant Condominium Manager. I quickly learned the basics of property management while overseeing 6 condominiums in the Cincinnati area. I am great with accounting, organization, and getting the job done. I recently purchased a foreclosure which I am rehabing. My dream is to own and manage100-200 units within 10 years. Currently, I would like to partner with an owner/investor as a property manager.
