@Theo Hicks

This is what I keep hearing. Getting a few triplex/quadruplex deals under my belt will instill more confidence from outside investors. Thanks for feedback!

@Alina Trigub

I want to streamline the process as soon as possible. Option 1 you laid out seems to be the most feasible path to accomplishing my goals. I suppose while getting the reps in on MFH I can build the network to ultimately scale up and bring in outside capitol. Building my credibility is a process not done over night. Thanks for responding.

Hey Everyone!

So this is my current situation...

I am a Philadelphia based realtor. I am gaining more and more market knowledge each passing day and love seeing all these exciting opportunities that surround me in the Philadelphia market. My initial goal was to close a few transactions and take that money right into a triplex/quadruplex. The more I research the more and more I hear about real estate syndication. There are a ton of pros for the syndication, especially for someone with little to no money. My question to the BP community is do I stay patient and wait to close transactions and gain knowledge through triplex acquisition, and from there when I am more experienced look into the syndication? Or right now take my available time and knowledge and try piecing together these deals with outside capitol??

Thanks! I appreciate any thoughts on the topic.
