Hello everyone. My question for you guys is this. Im currently on unemployment with no other type of income. Upside is i do have a savings of about 10k. Is there any way possible i’d be able to buy and invest is some kind if rental property to generate income?

Hello everyone

Im fairly new here and i see this is a great platform for advice.

My current situation is now being a stay at home dad due to being laid off earlier this year. Currently collecting unemployment and i have a little over 10k saved with great excellent credit . I understand i gotta do what i have to do but i have no desire going back into the 9-5 lifestyle.

I’ve always had the dream of owning property to get that oh so great passive income and I would like to know what would be the best starting point or a good route to take for myself and family.

Reading success stories on here is such an inspiration btw

Hi everyone I’m new to this site and it looks extremely helpful, and I’m just looking for advice from any and everyone.

I’ve been saving money without really having a real plan other than having thoughts about owing property and work my way to financial freedom for my fiancé, son and myself. I’ve told myself once i’ve saved 10k i can can start making moves but I’m unsure what the next best step would be. I would appreciate any advice or ideas. The Goal is financial freedom.

I also have great credit if that helps
