In need of some advice on my rental property.  My tenant has been renting from me for about six months and she is excellent, I couldn’t have asked for a better tenant. I have no problems from her and she always pays on time.  She does work for the govt. and this shutdown is going to affect my efforts to collect rent until things get back to normal. I do not want to lose her as a tenant but at the same time need to be fair with regards to collecting and our agreement. Any advice on how to approach this? I am supposed to collect this months rent today and want to have the conversation on the impacts of the shutdown with her, just wanted to get any advice before I see her this afternoon.  Any thoughts on how to structure?
