Perfect thanks guys I really appreciate you taking the time to respond. Im still in the early stages but as I find what I think are deals ill post them up and see what everyone thinks.

Hey guys and gals Im currently researching buying my first rental property and have some questions for investors who are in the Parma/South Euclid area. From what ive seen Cleveland has a whole slew of nice taxes and a POS system that many people arent aware of. Being that im in southern California I would like some advise on what to look out for and any hidden expenses I may over look from lack of area knowledge.
