Could you explain the deals I’m suppose to be looking at? I’m looking on relator and zillow but I don't know what good or bad deals would be.

Hey guys, I am moving to Florida here soon after I get out of the military. I am looking to start in real estate as soon as I get down there. Any suggestions or tips would be great!
