Looking for advice on opening an RV park. Roughly a 60 site set up with a pond. South of New Orleans, Louisiana. A lot of oil field workers/contractors. They typically rent between $500-530 with water, electrical, wifi included. Looking to see if anyone opened one from the ground up...looking for rough cost to run electrical, water, sewage etc. Thanks any help

See originally I was doing that with a home equity line of credit on my personal house. And did exactly that. World refinance them and get me money back. But got to a point where they said my debut to income ratio was getting to high.

I have two rentals currently...I have roughly 6 years left on loan. I want to purchase more but wanting advise on how to do so. Should i see about doing a line of credit against houses? Or just try and do bank financing? Whats the secret to aquiring so many rentals without putting all kind of cash down? You see all these investors with 40-50 properties...how do you aquire that? Thanks

Hello.....I'm from Houma. Just south of New orleans and currently have 2 rentals and have flipped a couple. Been looking to get with some guys or start a group so we all can pick each others brain and learn more. Would really like to maybe meet up once a month or so with a real estate guru so we can all get some questions answered.
