Get a second and third evaluation from different companies. Never go with just one or the first estimate.  You should make it a policy to always get 3 estimates and pick the best one.

Hi Nate, I invested in a duplex and a single family home in Sacramento and through time and appreciation, it has worked out very well for me.  House hacking is a great way to get into the multifamily side of real estate.  I became a real estate agent for the exact reason of helping people, like you, find good deals and get into their next investment property.  I'm here to help, boots on the ground, full time. Hi Sharad,  I came across your post from 9 months ago.  Were you able to get started with your multifamily investing? I would love to hear any updates.

I use the app Meetup.com to find out about local real estate events and masterminds. I have found some good groups that put on monthly events. Networking at these events is a great way to meet local investors, real estate agents and other like minded people. You never know what opportunities are going to come your way by going to your local real estate meet up.

Hi Cole,  It looks like its been about 11 months since you posted your introduction to Bigger Pockets.  How's it going as a newer agent?   Are you getting some traction?  I've been going about as long as you have and things are starting to come together and happen for me here in Sacramento.
