@Mary Baccellieri Well it seems like house hacking is the best way to go. I’ve gotten more advice on doing that then anything else for sure. Congrats on your success and thanks for the advice!

@Eric Teran Wow what a cool experience! I’ve definitely thought about how much travel I could do with the money, but didn’t want to be irresponsible with it. I’m the type thats wants to work and save all of the time, and it’s hard for me to enjoy it. I like the idea of investing most of it and enjoying some of it as well though.
