Looking for wholesalers in Richmond va?

Joseph Caracappa The house is fully paid for we just owe taxes but my mom haves her primary house which she is in a mortgage for. I would rather fix and rent because I know I will loose if I jus sale as it is. The house is taxed assessed at $106,000 but is worth more than that in good condition. It needs a new well dug , minor plumbing, painting,kitchen remodel, bathroom upgrade, electrical service upgrade, roof repair, an that's bout all. I rather keep for long term money but selling it seems more realistic but I just hate to loose the house. But with no money the house will just sit. The arv could be as high as $150,000. Just getting funding without no money or credit is completely impossible what should I do?

Well the issue is I have no money the house was a house in the family so it wouldn't be hard to get but the problem is it's in my moms name and she haves a mortgage of her own plus her credit isn't so good so we couldn't get a loan an my credit isn't so good either. I'm an electrician by trade an also know other trades so it wouldn't be nothing to get the house going but I lack on one thing the funds!

I need a hard money lender to fund my house but I have no money down what should I do?

it needs a water well to be dug out and could use kitchen and bathroom upgrade. It's worth about $114,000 and 10k of taxes other than its in good codition. I would like to keep and use for a rental but no money but I would consider selling as an last option. Taxes were owed since 2008

I have a property that was willed to me an I don't know what to with it. It needs work and I applied for an equity loan but my credit wasn't good enough also I am behind in taxes. So what could i do I don't want the property to jus set still and I don't want to loose it. Help please!
