We are looking for good areas to invest in near Metro Detroit. We have bought in Allen Park and Dearborn so far, but didn’t know where else to look. Does anyone have recommendations?

We live in the Ann Arbor area so we are trying to stay within 45 minutes of our own house so we can stay involved.

@Danielle McClelland I am in exactly the same spot! I am 35 and getting my start this year in RE for the purpose of replacing my income and retiring early. I had one rental house for 3 years, but it was entirely unintentional. I think it is definitely not too late to put some effort in and secure some solid passive income. Best of luck and have fun!
