@Jo-Ann Lapin, Thats great know. I'm going to educate myself more on Mobile home parks. I learned about them at a Real Estate Seminar, and they seem to be very promising.

@Danny Olivo, Thank you! That is awesome Danny. Congrats on your success! Great advice, I've been learning that it's not a good idea to be a landlord and the owner, as you will burn yourself out quickly. Especially if your intentions are to scale up. Thanks for the tip Danny!

Hello all,

My name is Brandon Brown. I'm new to REI, I don't have any experience under my belt yet. I've been taking the time to educate myself on Real Estate. My focus is Multi-Family until and Trailer Parks, If anyone has suggestions on books, or would like to pass on knowledge, i'm all ears. I joined BP to Network and learn as much as i can. I have found a local REI Club that i will be attending, I'm looking forward to that. I live in the Burbank, CA, but i won't be investing here, I'm looking at Arizona to be my First area to invest in. I look forward to Networking with you all and sharing any and all knowledge that i gain.

Thank you
