I may have the opportunity to buy a home as a fix and flip that previously had bed bugs. They said it was pretty bad but I haven't had a chance to investigate myself. Does anyone have an tips on dealing with bed bugs?

@Greg Lemmon How does it work with FHA regarding rental properties? I would imagine I would need to qualify for the mortgage payment myself but with my current mortgage would they be willing to give me another mortgage payment? Or is it different with rentals?

@Frank Patalano I feel like lack of money and fear of making a mistake make it difficult for me to move forward. I support a family of 5 off of my income alone and I'm afraid that if I take on this extra debt/risk it would hurt my family.
