If the media is telling everyone prices are at rock bottom, they are no where close. They will get lower.

Just like when all the market analysts on the news networks say "its not guna get lower" it cant get lower. Last time i checked the dow was still over 8000......it can get lower it always can

I would love to see that! Unfortunatly society is to dependent and babied on credit for it to happen. I don't think (as much as i would like it to) that the government would ever let the standuard of living fall like it did in the 30's. Hell the government wont even let people fall on their *** in times of economic prosperity. All they do is tell them "falling is bad, if you ever fall you will probably die and won't ever be able to get yourself up, you need us"

I found that decent networking abilities works just as well as having your licence. I have access to all the MLS listings, what houses have sold for in the area etc etc.

Im still debating getting my licence, I guess ill see how things play out

Thought about allentown PA? I know of a few 12 units for sale. In Bethlehem there is a 7 unit but it will probably need work, it allready has tenants.

removing us from using a worthless fiat currency and a central banking system. Other than usually pretty conservative. I believe in fiscal responsibilty, personal responsibilty, and a government that allows individuals to fail.
