That is so great and exciting !!! its so nice to have investors especially from out of state help you to do you first deal. its so rewarding on both sides. It was very nice of you to mention Zach as he definitely deserves it !!! Congratulations :) 

Wow!!! you definitely had a huge challenge, which helped you to have no choice but to figure out another plan. This post was definitely good to show others that it is possible that even though you faced some challenges that you can still come out of it much stronger. Most people give up when things get difficult but you showed that even though it was hard you were strong enough to overcome any challenge that came your way. Thank you so much for sharing this :)
