Hello all! Thank you in advance. We bought a little 2 + 1 in Spokane, WA. Rooms are smaller but nice yard. We are remodeling the kitchen and the bathroom needs to be done. What are some projects to do for better financial outcome. Like double sink vanity or double shower head? Any advice would be great. Oh, by the way, my husband is doing most of the work himself so we save money.

Thank you Adrian, the mobile home is older for sure. And as for the person, she wants her single wide just can't afford to move it anywhere. And can't afford most mobile home places. Maybe it's in the husband's name?? So the assumption would be having a single wide on a piece of property we owned. From what I've read, it's a pain if there isn't a title on hand (like a 3 yr reg w/out ownership). We want to be able to put a newer manufactured home on the property.

Newbie here and wanted some insight on potential property. Landowner doesn't want to deal with mobile home owner renting land since not enough rent and the whole COVID kickout rules. I've talked with single wide mobile owner living in it and she said she wouldn't be able to afford to move it anywhere. I looked to see who owns it and it isn't in her name so how hard would it be to deal with this issue? So could be abandoned maybe at some point. I know you can't just set it out for "free" and have someone come grab it so is this really worth it?  My gut is saying no. This is in WA. Has anyone dealt with something like this? Thank you in advance.
